Important: Celina New Home Inspection is a scheduling and referral platform that helps homeowners connect with independent, licensed home inspectors. We do not perform home inspections, provide inspection reports, or offer professional inspection opinions.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or contacting us by phone, email, or web form, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Services Provided
We provide lead intake and scheduling assistance to help you connect with an independent third-party home inspector (the “Inspector”). Any inspection services are performed solely by the Inspector under the Inspector’s license, contract, and policies.
3. No Professional Advice
Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not professional inspection advice. We do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific property.
4. Third-Party Inspectors and Agreements
If you schedule an inspection through our Site, you may be asked to sign the Inspector’s inspection agreement and pay the Inspector directly. The Inspector is responsible for:
- Scheduling availability, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Pricing, fees, taxes, and payment processing
- Inspection performance and report delivery
- Any warranties, guarantees, or limitations stated in their agreement
- Compliance with licensing and applicable laws
We are not a party to the contract between you and the Inspector.
5. No Endorsement; No Guarantee
While we aim to connect you with qualified inspectors, we do not guarantee outcomes, findings, timelines, availability, or pricing. Any decisions you make regarding property purchase, repair, or negotiation are your responsibility.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when contacting us or requesting scheduling, including:
- Property address and access details (if applicable)
- Desired inspection date/time window
- Correct contact information
- Any known property concerns or special requests
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Site operation.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and any fees are governed by the Inspector’s policies and inspection agreement. If you have questions about charges or refunds, please contact the Inspector directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celina New Home Inspection and its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or services, or from any inspection services performed by a third-party Inspector.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celina New Home Inspection and its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dispute with any Inspector.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site content, branding, design, and text are owned by Celina New Home Inspection or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site materials without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
